Cannot setup Norton password manager on my iPhone 10r, unable to connect to norton

I would like to use the product, called NortonSupport and they said go to the community

Have you reinstalled Norton Password Manager, NPM?  Uninstall using the iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage, then scrolling down to NPM. Delete the app from there, then restart your device. Then install again and test.

Do you also have Norton Mobile Security, NMS, installed on your phone? If so, try disabling the Web Protection feature, and see if you are able to connect from the Norton Password Manager app.
