I can't sign in, edit accounts, or uninstall Norton Family.
When trying to sign in to edit accounts, I got the message "The machine is part of a different Norton Family account."
When trying to login to the Norton Family webpage, it kept showing me a spinning icon (circle) and it said "Signing into your account, please wait."
When trying to uninstall Norton Family, it asked for a username and password, I keyed in the username and password but it kept giving me a message about typing in the correct parent email and password.
I know the username and password is correct because I can use this same username and password to login to my Norton Account successfully. It has been more than 24 hours and I'm still cannot login into my Norton Family account. I believe this is an issue on the NF server.
Please help.
