I had a problem with Mobile security crashing when trying to get in call blocking (like this thread https://community.norton.com/en/forums/call-blocking-crash)
- I cleared the data and uninstalled the app.
- I deleted the device & removed the license from "Manage Your Norton Products" using my desktop PC
- After reinstalling, I tried to set up the Contact Backup but when I am not able to sign-in.
When I click the menu (3 horiz bars on top left) and click sign-in, it pops up a window saying "loading ..." and it never logs in.
Uninstalled and reinstalled again (steps 1-3 above) - get same results.
I can see the device under "Manage Your Norton Products" https://manage.norton.com/ManagementHome
What can I do to fix this - reinstalling gets me no where!
