Cannot sign into account on iOS app after July 2024 update

I cannot sign into my account on the iOS app on both iPhone and iPad after July 2024 update.

I just logged out of my Norton Secure VPN app and then logged back in. I did not have any difficulty. 

I then uninstalled the VPN app and when I went to sign into my Norton Account, I see the same spinner not connecting to the Account.

I'll escalate this thread.

Same here. Just signed up for the VPN and unable to sign in on iPad and iPhone. I put in my password and it just spins forever. No issue signing in online.

What iOS version is on your devices? What version of 360 do you now have on both devices?

Are you getting an error message if you try to sign into your Norton Account?
