Cannot turn off time supervision

I have two kids registered with online family. I have disabled time supervision for one but cannot do it for the other. I click the time supervision on/off to off then click "Update settings" and it changes right back to on!

Hi zorro2b,

 

Have you had a chance to do what "Papauz" suggested?  It sould work for you.  Or you can uninstall/reinstall Norton Safety Minder to see if it helps.

I figured out it didn't like my flash block plugin. I enabled flash for the site and then it was all good.
