Cannot uninstall/reinstall Norton Family after Windows 10 upgrade

Hi, 

I recently upgraded a Lenovo S415 Touch laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. After the upgrade, Norton Family starts misfunction. It keeps popping up the time-limit reached windows and doesn't recognized this laptop as Windows 10 (Nortan Family web page still recognizes it as Windows 8.1 PC). So I wanted to uninstall it and reinstall. 

However, when I tried to uninstall it from device manager, it connected the Symantec server with my login username and password, then it said "wrong username/password, try again"

I tried to uninstall it under Windows 10 Safe Mode, it didn't help.

it said that I need to remove two files to do the uninstall. Can someone show me what those files are?
