I just downloaded Norton from the CD and am trying to update virus definitions. I keep getting this message: “Live Update had an error updating the virus definitions” Somewhere on the Norton site, I see mention of an update that’s needed for stuffit expander. To update stuffit expander, I would have to purchase stuffit expander: $50. This does not make sense. How do I get updates for Norton? The update process always seems to stop after 5,1 MB of 82.2 MB.
