NAV 11.0.2 will no longer run LIVE UPDATE on my MAC running 10.4.11. I called Norton. They felt that an Apple update had caused this problem. Told me I should uninstall NAV 11 by using their "Uninstall-Mac" program via terminal and re-install my NAV through my subscription via the website. I did this TWICE. After re-installing the program, the update takes FOREVER and works only ONE TIME.
Thereafter, the LIVE UPDATE never works automatically even though I have set it up to do so. When I manually check for updates, NAV calculates the size of the files needed, and then gets stuck on "processing" step for hours and hours and hours. The updates are never completed and I finally have to cancel the update with 0 bytes having been received.
Even though my subscription is current, no expiration date appears on my "Statistics" pane. That seems odd too.
What is up with this? It is really, really annoying.
