Cannot use Yahoo email with Microsoft 365 Outlook Desktop

I recently have not been able to get Yahoo mail with my Microsoft 365 Outlook Desktop  program. Is it possible that I can change something in Norton so that i can work? I cannot set up a POP or IMAP account. It did work in the past.

I have Norton Lifelock, Version 22.20.5.39

Windows 10 Pro, Version 1909

Are you getting error messages?

If you have the VPN turned on, you should turn it off when accessing your email. With the VPN active, the email provider sees someone from another location than they expect you to connect from trying to access your account. So they block access to protect your account.
