Cannot view "Messaging" activity

I am not able to view "Messaging " activity.  When I click on it it just says "loading" and nothing happens.  It will not load regardless of what time frame that I choose.

Have you ever been able to view the messaging log?  I assume you are able to view the Web activity.

Today I am able to pull in today's messages and yesterdays messages in Messaging activity.  I guess this is the log you are talking about.  It is supposed to list the phone numbers and text content for messages sent and received on my daughter's cell phone.  I know they are being logged because I get a summary emailed to me and I can see the top numbers texted in the "summary" tab.  I can view the logs on everything else with no problem.

What instant messaging clients doe the children use on the monitored PC?

 

Are you able to view other activities like the Search, or  Web activity online?

Norton Online Family is what is used on her PC but the problem is with seeing the text messages using the Norton Mobile Monitoring app on Android.

Thanks for the clarification.  You mentioned "Today I am able to pull in today's messages and yesterdays messages in Messaging activity", so these are the messaging records from the Mobile and/or the PC?   

Have you ever seen any messaging recorded from the mobile?

I am still only able to pull the today and yesterday messages.  If I try past seven days or more it is like the page doesn't want to load.  The messages that I can see are Mobile only.  

 

I do see the phone number and text content for today and yesterday.

 

My belief is that these messages are being logged as they should and the website just won't load them for me to view.

2.  I asked a couple of questions in my previous posts about logs from PC and Web logs at Activity -> Web as I have been trying to figure out the issue is from the PC side or Mobile.  Please try your best to answer them.

The PC and mobile web logs are displaying.  It is only the logging of the mobile text messages that is having the problem.

 

Android Verison: 2.3.4

 

Motorola Droid Bionic

Still unresolved and the phone that is reporting activity is now a Droid Razr Maxx.....Same problem.
