Try the steps given below:

1. Get the Product Key of Norton 360 from your Norton Account.

2. Download the Norton 360 latest version from these links (Norton 360 v3 Standard or Norton 360 v3 Premier), you have to download appropriate edition, don't install it now.

3. Download and run Norton Removal Tool from this LINK. Run it multiple times(2-3 times) to make sure that all the previous components are removed completely. You may need to restart the computer whenever you run Norton Removal tool.

4. Now reinstall Norton 360 and activate it.
