OK, iOS. What device are you using and what iOS version?

As well as turning off Web  Protection, also be sure that the VPN feature is turned off and test.

Using IOS turning off web protection didn’t work have to turn off everything to get in

What device are you using?  Mac or iOS?

If iOS, as a diagnostic step, try turning off the Web Protection feature in your 360 iOS. Then test to see if you can connect.
