I have just installed NIS 2009 but ran into a problem. When it got to the stage where a prompt regarding Norton Account came up, it claimed that I was not connected to the internet - even though I obviously am!
I clicked on 'remind me later' button and the set continued. I am just wondering whether I have successfully activated the product, as the cd sleeve says that it will stop working after 15 days if not done. At the bottom of the main window it tells me that I have 366 days left of my subscription. (I'm probaby being paranoid about this!)
Also when I try to access my Norton Acount from the main window it comes up saying that I need to have an internet connection. I have tried switching off firewalls and don't have any parental controls running. Has anyone encountered this?
