Can't access Norton Acct. from NIS 2012 app. GUI

It's been going on now for 3 or 4 days.I Can reach it online or from IExplorer only. A Server issue? Ever since I accidently clicked renew in Norton Acct........Hope this resolves itself.......Thanks, Gorpy1
