After having some problems accessing web sites with IE7 after install of NIS2008, I uninstalled all Norton products & saved a backup of my Norton password profile (originally from Norton Password Manager & Norton Confidential)
I then installed NIS 2009 from a download on my other computer & got it installed & IE7 working.
When I tried to access Identity Safe, it said it found an existing profile. I entered my original password logon (just hit 'enter'), that didn't work, tried passwords for backups I saved over the past years & still no luck.
Any way to access the saved passwords?
I can open the files with my old Norton Password Manager.
I am running XP sp3 now with NIS 2009, IE7
