Can't access websites through AOL

I installed "Norton 360" five days ago and since then AOL version 9.5 is not working properly. First of all when I sign on I get this small box with the one single word  "OK" in it and must click on it at least five times before I can continue. I get no opening page on AOL and trying to access websites of any kind is impossible.  I also must give permission through the "OK box" in order to send or receive instant messages or even open my mail.  Thankfully I can access the internet using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome but the AOL problem is quite annoying and I have to believe it has something to do with Norton's Firewall settings. I also must deal with "OK box" the first time I start up my computer each day. Something is asking my permission but I'm not sure what it is so I just keep clicking "OK" but I'm getting very tired of doing that. So my question is what files in AOL 9.5 are being blocked and what can I do about it? I'm certain it's something that can be fixed but obviously I have no idea how to fix it. I'm running Windows 7 on a Dell computer. Any advice or help would be appreciated and I have enclosed an image of the "OK box" that I must click on in order to function on AOL.                                                          9174iFADFF1BDAA8F7F22
