Can't accest vault from tablets after updating to Android 4.4.2

Updated both my Nexus 7 and 10 to 4.4.2 yesterday.  When I try to login it states that my vault was reset from another device and to create a new vault or if I have a vault on pc to migrate it to the cloud vault.  I have been using for months now with no problem. A 4.4.2 update problem?  Vault works fine on my Windows 8.1 pc.

I apologize for your issue.  Can you please private message me with your Norton account email address used to create the original vault?

 

Please do not attempt to create a new vault. Ignore that for now.  We want to be sure you don't over ride your PC vault.

Strangely enough, this morning I tried once again and both tablets allowed me to sign on using password.  It was as if I had just installed new, and had to set up PIN, etc., however vault was intact.  I must have tried 10 times yesterday at different times. Oh well, good to have it working again.
