Can't Activate 3rd Instance of NIS 2011

I have a 3 PC license for NIS 2011 (just purchased - still shows 1 PC remaining activations, Feb 9, 2012 expiration date). When I try to activate the 3rd instance on my wife's laptop it appears to accept the Product Key but then tells me that I have only 15 days left in the trial period. I copied the Product Key right off My Account page.

Help!

On your wife's laptop, open the main Norton UI, go to Support and click Subscription Status.  That should synch the laptop with the Symantec Subscription server.

 

If that does not resolve the problem, contact Customer Support via Instant Online Chat at  this link.

 

They are very good at dealing with account, subscription and activation issues.
