My brother works at Staples, and was able to get a discounted version of a one year subscription to Norton 360. He gave me the product key, and I've been trying to activate it, but on my product window, there's now 'Activate Now' button.
I went to 'Renew Subscription' instead, entered the product key, and it took me to a page to buy the full version... I don't want to buy it again, I just want to activate it. How do I do that?

Did you already have Norton on your computer (if so what version -- Norton Internet Security / Norton ANtiVirus / Norton 360 -- and if it was N 360 was it Standard or Premier? Did your brother just give you a KEY or a disk as well? I just a Key ask him if it was for Standard or Premier since the KEYs are not interchangeable.
Which ever program it was for we can give you a link for downloading to match the key
If you did not have Norton 360 already installed what security program was it that you did have and how did you remove it.
