Brand new Windows Mobile 6 Professional device. Installed the NSS_15D_PPC_USA.cab file. After going through setup it sits on the Norton Smartphone Security homepage with the red "Activtaion Required" banner. I tap 'Activate' which loads the TANLA software and asks to connect. It connects, sends and retrieves information, then goes right back to the Norton Smartphone Security homepage again. I can't actually get it to Activiate.
Any ideas? Thanks!
