I received a notice that one of my banks wasn't connected for monitoring and wanted me to correct the problem. But nothing I'm doing it getting it fixed. The latest thing I've tried is deleting the bank and reinstalling it. When I enter the bank name it is accepted and the logo shown is correct, so I know it's the right bank. I provide login details and they are accepted with notice that the bank requires phone authentication. I get a text message from the bank and enter the numbers. I then get a message that data is received, but after a delay there is this message: "Data is unavailable. We're unable tp find the requested type for this site or you have closed the account." I immediately repeated the whole thing again, but I get the same message back. I've gone to the bank and opened the account without any trouble. One thing I question is that when the account is opened I have to decide whether I want checking or savings. Can anyone please help with setting up a bank?
