When I try backing up my files from my Desktop, it doesn't show an option to upload my desktop during a backup. I have selected the folder directly and tried selecting add to backup, but it is never there in the backed up folder. All my other folders can be backed up, and I have enough storage to back up so what is going on? Do they not allow uploading from Desktop? Thank you.
Thanks
Hoping a W11 user will chime in.
So, Documents, Download & Pictures backup okay?
Just "Desktop" is issue?
Yes, I am an administrator for my computer.
R U Windows Admin user account?
May be a W11 thingy. I'm W10. We'll need W11 user to test.
And your Norton 360 feels okay, otherwise?
Imagine you've run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine.
Lets hear from W11 user.
Hi there,
Thank you for responding,
I have tried changing the backup sets in Norton 360, and also tried adding it to the backup via file explorer. All my other folders work that way. Still doesn't work I'm afraid.
