Can't cancel subscribtion

Norton Internet customer service is designed to be user unfriendly. So many rabbit holes leading nowhere. After many many minutes, I found a UK phone number that (surprise surprise) was not working!

Their ‘on line’ UK chat will not give out a UK customer services contact phone number or an email address. I want to discuss billing but of course that’s impossible.

On my account, I click on the ‘click here’ to see all my subscriptions and that eventually loads a page that states “This page is not working”.

On my account I click on cancel renewel but it will only let me cancel the renewel occuring in Nov 2026, it will not allow me to cancel the Nov 2025 renewel

On my account I click on the “contact member services” link and that eventually loads a page that displays the “This page is not working”.

I am not able to disable my usual payment method !

Nov 2025 may be too close to cancel.

Users that do not want automatic renewal are urged (by users) to Unsubscribe and Delete their payment profile…~65++ days ahead…far enough ahead to avoid being billed.
