Can't choose buttom "Count only the time 'child' actively uses the computer

Did that change in the past year?  I had that feature, without premier, I thought, when I was primarily using my other computer.....

Yep, that had to of changed once they released Premier.  Bogus.

Current Users should not lose features.  Bogus... ditto
