Can't complete App setup on kid's phone

I added the app to my son's phone. I get as far as Device Permissions but can't go any farther. All the checkboxes are green because I've given it all the permissions it needs but the Continue button on the bottom is greyed out and I can't move forward.

 

His phone is a Samsung Galaxy A13

Welcome to Norton Family forum!

Could you please check if "Enable Precise Location" permission is also checked from App Info -> Permissions > Location screen.
