Can't Computer tune up because Im in Indonesia

I find Norton's non response in my case totally unacceptable, in that there is NO RESPONSE

After purchasing Computer Tune Up was informed I cant activate because Im in Indonesia. Then after requesting a refund, I get NO Response.
