Have just installed NIS 2010 successfully, but on the Insight page that analyzes programs, the “Norton Community Usage” column is blank for every item. On the Insight Network page, meanwhile, it tries to connect, then gives up and says I’m off-line. Given that my computer is clearly connected to the Internet, as is Norton (which can download updates), why can’t the Insight feature connect? I’ve restarted, but that doesn’t resolve the issue.
