every time i try and connect to server to open my identity safe it wont connect. already let support take over and they couldnt do anything waiting 24 to 48 hrs for expert support now. uninstalled and reinstalled everything 2 times. product will update and everything but refuses to connect to server for identity safe. can go on line and access cloud through web site but not what i want to do
