Can't connect to VPN

After upgrading my Norton 360 I can no longer connect to Cisco VPN.  It seems the ping goes out, but is blocked coming back.  I have Windows XP.  I have tried changing the program rules for VPN to Allow, but not I can't get in at all.  I even tried disabling my firewall, which I wasn't happy doing, but that didn't work either.  There are tons of messages on the forum about this problem but none seem helpful.  Is there an update you can provide?

Are you there?  I've played four games of solitaire since I replied with my Norton version.

Before 360 version 5 what AV product did you have on your machine? Was it a Norton product? If yes, which one (name + version).

Please be patient. We are all volunteers and not online all of the time. I'm told that even some of the staff are allowed to leave their computers to enjoy family time.
