Can't create my vault password

Hello Everybody!

Issue abstract:

• In the “create vault password” window, after type, re-type the password and also the password hint, when I click on the “next” button, the screen close and the vault password is not created.

Detailed description:

• Since I has signed for Norton 360 I was never be able to create my vault password.
  I already remove e reinstalled the extension several times but without success.
  I already tried in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
  After fill the page to complete step 2, when I click “next” button, extension just close the page and the password is never created.
  I already try in different computers, including a Mac where my son has created his own vault password whithoud any problem.
  It really looks like there is a configuration problem in my account.

Product & version number:

• Norton Password Manager, Version: 8 . 2 . 3 . 8 0 9

OS details:

• Windows 11 Pro Version: 24H2 OS Compliation: 26100.4351

What is the error message you are seeing?

• No messages, the screen just closes.

Your ad blocker & VPN are off.
You’re able to Sign In to your Norton account at Norton Password Manager?
Your browser built-in password manager is off?

It’s been a while since I’ve set up a new vault.

fwiw ~ as test: Chrome v137.0.7151.104 + Norton Password Manager v8.2.3.809

• Yes, I’m not!

Your ad blocker & VPN are off.

• Yes, both are off.

You’re able to Sign In to your Norton account at Norton Password Manager?

• Yes, normally.

Your browser built-in password manager is off?

• Yes.

By the way, I have tryed in other computers withou success.
It looks like the problem is not im my PC.
