Can't delete back up files

Afternoon all,

 

I have used up all of the secure online storage space I have available so want to delete some files.

 

I go through the normal process:

 

Manage Backup Sets > Delete previously backed up files.. etc

 

When I select the files I want deleted, and confirm that I want them deleted,a pop up box appears saying:

 

 

"Removing Files...

 

Files Deleted: 1 of 1

Deleting Files: C:\Users\Guest\...."

 

It has been on the same screen for about an hour, but the file is only a .txt file, size 17.5KB

 

I had previously been able to delete fiels before, but not sure what has happened.

Could you tell me which version of Norton 360 you are using?  You can find this information by going to the main Norton 360 UI and going to the Help and Support menu in the top right and clicking the About link.
