I just did an NRnR to see if that could Remedy the situation, but it didn't. I have had N360 for about 6 years now, so this program (Norton_Removal_Tool.exe) may go back quite some time. This file has been in my Start Menu > Norton Folder for a looong time. I don't know if that folder should even be there or not. I have had Upgrades, Patches, untold of Updates, and NRnR run many times. I have attached a PDF image of my Start Menu with all my Norton folders open so that you can see what I mean. Be advised that I recently moved the NRnR program to this folder to clean up my Desktop. I can't tell you anymore about it because I can't view its Properties, I can't delete it, I can't move it to the Trash. It's totally corrupted. At one point, when I tried to move/delete it I got the message that I didn't have permission. So, I used the Take Ownership command in my Context Menu that I got from tweaking.com. That Context Command has worked fine before, besides I should not have to get permission because I am Administrator. Lastly, during one of my attempts to get rid of it I lost my Desktop and had to force a shutdown via power button. I stopped trying at that point because I didn't want my machine to get totally 'borked'. I'm not sure what to do about this. Help me Mr. Norton. I've fallen and I can't get up! - Art
