WOW I cant even disable it via MSCONFIG; I go to services tab; uncheck and upon reboot it re activates. I go back in and uncheck but choose "dont restart" and load msconfig back up and its still checked.

I might be making some calls next week and talking LIVE to someone to help fix my issue....being unable to use a specific computer application because of NOF is INSANE
Guess I now am gonna have to wait it out and hope the servers come back online

I can't do any of these things either. Also my "paw print" says "Setup is not complete. Click to complete setup". I do this and enter my NOF username and password and it says "The Nortan Family Server is temporarily unavilable. Please try again later". Also, I am unable to extend time.
I am suffering the same problem. I can use IE9 as admin, but no one else using their logins can load anything. I can't get to the Online family page to disable it and I get the same message as others above
I am having the same issue. I have 2 accounts, and I can't change the time settings or even extend time. It's not even recognizing my password when I try to extend the time, and on the other computer, safetyminder isn't even there anymore, and I can't get it to download again without an error. This is frustrating me and my kids who are out of school for thanksgiving break.
I have been having the same problems. I keep getting the error message when trying to login on the website and on my son's computer he couldn't even get on the internet until I somehow disabled Norton Family on his laptop. This is getting really annoying.
Do you think anyone is going to answer this ? I have done the uninstall and update as was suggested in a different post, but I keep getting the server error and can't even get into my norton account to reinstall online family. I was trying to get into online family because for some reason it wasn't working with google chrome anyone know anything about that.
Same problem here. Katie, a word to your management. We are paying for 24 / 7 monitoring. Kinda defeats the purpose if the servers keep going down. I would suggest that someone from Symantec should get on here if only to tell us when it will be fixed.

I can't login to my online family account neither in PC, iPad or Android tablet. The problem was revealed more than a week ago, but I just didn't have time to go for a help. Today I tried and the same bad story happens.
