It should be noted that I cannot log in to my NOF account from ANY computer, even ones that DO NOT HAVE NOF INSTALLED. I am presented with the login screen and able to enter my username/password, but after a few seconds presented with the "Server error" message. This has been happening for at least a week. Currently-installed NOF seems to be blocking, but I cannot make any changes to any of the accounts or add anyone else. PLEASE FIX IT!
I have the same problem. I was able to get NOF removed so my kid can use the computer but I would like to get it back on.

I hate to do it since Norton has a good tool but i'm going to start to look for a new product. Hope this is fixed before I find one.
The only logical deduction here is that Norton does not monitor these boards. I have been unable to log into my account for 3 days & haven't heard anything back about addressing this problem. It's time to uininstall this useless product. My kids have homework assignments & they need internet access.
I can log onto my account here at work, now, but I hope that I still can when I get home.
Well, I was able to log on and down load NOF. Time will tell if it's working correctly. I wasn't receiving email notifications before.
