I have been on hold with customer support for 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to get some help with my renewal. I got a message that my account was up in 4 days and I should renew. I did, guess I bought the 360 and currently have Internet Security. Anyway, got an error message that it couldn't download because the 360 was an older product than what I currently have. I have already paid for it and now don't know how to make sure it can download. Help!!

Welcome to the Norton Community. Can you give us a little more information. First, what OS and SP (service pack) do you have and is it 32 or 64 bit?
You mentioned you bought N360 but currently have Norton Internet Security (NIS). Is this correct? Are you wanting to replace NIS with N360 or did you mistakenly purchase N360 instead of NIS? If your purchase was a mistake and you purchased it from Symantec you can get a refund from Customer Service and order the renewal subscription for NIS its place. Chat is the best option for timely response.
If you really are intending to replace NIS with N360, then let us know that also and we can assist you in getting this done in the proper way.
Can you tell us which link you purchased N360 or your subscription renewal from? Also, can you tell us how you were trying to download your Norton software?
