Can't download IE 11

   I'm using Norton 360 version 21.1.0.18, Windows 7 and IE 10. Everything is updated to current.  When I try to download IE 11, it fails. Microsoft offers some suggested fixes, none of which seem to work. Any ideas?  Thanks!

Thanks, Krusty. Same place as you.  I even turned off my Norton Hotspot Privacy.

Have you tried to Save instead of Run?  Then right click > Run As Administrator?
