When I click "Accept and Download" the download bar at the bottom does not appear, just the flashing arrow. http://prntscr.com/6jk01q (Picture of what I mean) But then randomly, it says the installation is complete, yet when I look for it anywhere (files, downloads, etc) it's nowhere. I am on Windows 7 using Google Chrome. I also uninstalled my previous anti-virus protection to download Norton. Please help anyone?
