Can't enable Full Screen Detection in NAV 2012

When I go to Silent Mode tab in NAV 2012 Silent Mode is disabled and Full Screen Detection is also disabled. When I enable Full Screen Detection it turns green, but as soon as I click on Apply, it goes back to red again. The same happens when I want to manuall enable Silent Mode, when I click on Apply it asks me how much time I want to enable Silent Mode, when I choose an option it disables and turns red again.

 

The rest of the options seem to work fine, when I enable or disable them they remain enabled or disabled. 

 

I have also seen in the main Norton Antivirus Window that Live Update appears as Not Available, however when I manually click on it, it retrieves updates with no errors.

 

Any idea what's going on? It's a brand new Windows 7 x64 SP1 installation, I installed it two days ago. Got all updates from Windows Update and latest drivers for my devices. Computer is an Intel i7 920 with a Gibabyte EX-58 Extreme motherboard, 12 GB of DDR3 RAM, a Radeon 6970 graphics card, a Killer 2100 network card, an Intel SSD 80 GB drive and two 2 TB mechanical hard drives.
