Can't enable Intel Anti-Theft feature... Are more than 2 months I'm trying to enable it

I'm trying to enable Intel Anti-Theft feature but without success.

 

I've already obtained assistance via "Norton live chat" , an agent provided me remote assistance but after a week of tests without success he disappeared.

 

The problem is that when I try to enable Intel Anti Theft ,  the activation page asks me for a password (to use when I need to unlock mi Laptop I guess) and then , after I've clocked the "Activate" button, it says " Intel Anti Theft Activation in progress".

After that the page remains idle until the session expires and my account is disconnected.

The OS version is Windows 8.1 (the problem was present also with windows 8)

Norton AT status is: Running

Norton AT version is : 1.10.0.9

My problem now is that, in the Norton Anti Theft site,  there isn't anymore the option to enable the

Intel Anti Theft feature.

 

 

Thinking it could be a problem of the Intel MEI (Management Engine Interface) I have done a reset of my laptop.

 

Now, using the testing tools,  it seems that Intel MEI works without problem,

but as before, no "enable Intel Anti Theft" icon is present on the Norton Anti Theft page.

Ok, so it seems that this problem will not be a problem anymore...
