I have purchased Norton 360 with LifeLock Ultimate Plus. After installing I i clicked the enroll now button to enroll in Lifelock. This is the error message I get:
Unable to complete your enrollment
Call 1-844-346-3614 for immediate assistance from Member Services & Support.
Status Code: 200.40010
I have tried calling but was on hold over 3 hours with no assistance (not exaggerating!)

To clarify. I meant you will have to wait in the queue for Support. Not wait until the Covid effect is over.

So I purchaced the very best 360 with Lifelock for one year that already started... for $300...and I have to wait? Will I my coverage be extended from the date they fix the issue?
Unfortunately, you will have to try to wait it out. All support services are strained due to reduced staffing due to the Covid Pandemic.
