Using NIS Identity Safe - Check for new version says my version is up to date
and IE 11 which is also up to date
The second page of a logon asks for PIN. Identity Safe enters incorrect info.
I've searched the forum for answers. They say to click on the Norton Tool Bar vault, go to Options and select Ignore this page.
I can not find an Options choice anywhere.
