Cant get help to upgrade

Been trying to upgrade from standard to deluxe for two days.  Tried chat.  disconnected.  Given case no.   Clicked on chat now, no luck.   and a link the chat person gave me on first chat did not work, says due to current situation, need to talk to agent.  So, how to do this, when I don't see the upgrade option that is working, and I have a new computer that is not protected as of now, so essentially a paperweight until I get protection for by upgrading to add additional licenses.    Hope somehow someone sees this and helps.  I will not be online but through email, as I am not at computer much.  Is this happening more often.  Interesting, no Antivirus help available at this time, even for computers.  how ironic.
