Please forgive me and direct me to the answer if it has been discussed before, but I've searched the forum and can't find it.
Several months ago (at least four) I registered with Norton Safeweb and quickly got my site ownership validated. If I look on my dashboard it says ownership verified.
Since then, nothing. My site has not been tested yet.
According to the site, there should be a "rate my site" button next to the site name, but there isn't. I have checked this out with several different browser includine IE, Safari, Mozilla, & Firefox.
I've sent an email to Norton asking for help -site_owner_help_en@symantec.com - but I never received a reply. I've been all over the site trying to find an answer but there doesn't seem to be one and I'm about ready to give up.
