Hi there
I purchased Norton 2010 today and have installed it but the product will not activate, saying that I am not connected to the internet. The pop up internet browser that would take me to Symantec's website will not load either saying the web page is unavailable.
After a little research, I went on that Conficker test website and the top left and top right images do not show indicating I have been hit by a A/B variant.
Can someone please help and tell me what to do?
