I'm new here I was very pleased with the NOF for the last 8weeks but as my husband set the laptop to earlier date I can't get it on the laptop I can log on and see the kids profile on the site but it's not working when they log on so they can access any site which made me stop using the laptop but use the PC in the living room with all the headache and fight over time needed for homework and social
we reinstaled Norton but we still get this :
this version of norton safety minder requires Norton Online Framework to be installed first
how do we do that??? We have the Norton 360
