bought 3-license version at staples. second attempt, got loaded on daughter's laptop. tried to install on my laptop, it uninstalled last year's 360, rebooted, then wouldn't recognize disk drive (toshiba dvd). tried to install on dell desktop, same thing happened, uninstalled 360, reboot, couldn't "find" disk drive. windows 7, click on "computer" from start menu, shows c drive only.
