Can't install Norton Ghost 14

my OS: Windows vista home premium SP2

 

after install, run live update, the result is:

 

then, the Norton Ghost screen changes to :

 

after run "Fixinstall", the result is :

 

after click "deploy agent", the window is:

don't understand what user name works for this.

any adv? thx.
