i had norton on line family a while back for my neice and nephew, and it was great, so when my son turned 8 and started bringing projects home for homework, i decided to start using it again. unfortunately i cannot install it. its supposed to make life easier but i've just wasted 3 days of my life getting ticked off with it!! i've installed it but when i log into my online account it says that norton safety minder is not installed on this computer. i've run it, saved it, run and saved it, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, restarted it, ugraded it, updated it, installed it as me, installed it as my son, deleted it and reopened it but, alas, nothing!! im running windows 7 home edition same as i was last time - in fact nothing on my setup has changed so im all out of ideas 
any suggestions?
