Every time i try to install Windows 10 on my PC with Windows 7 Pro, I get a message saying it encountered a problem and wants me to turn off my anti virus software and try again. I have then disabled everything possible with Norton 360 and tried again, but get the same Windows 10 error message. What should i try next?
