Can't log in to My Norton Account

I can't log into my Norton Account so that I can access my Identity Safe sync'd stuff. If I go to the web site and log in, all is well. When I click the left most button on the Norton toolbar in Firefox and then click My Norton Account, it works great. This won't let me access my passwords in Firefox though.

 

When I log into Identity Safe (which works fine) on the toolbar in Firefox and then click Log into Norton Account, I get an error saying " Failed to log in to your Norton Account. Please check the supplied credentials". The same thing happens when I click Identity Safe/Options/Move to Online.

 

I'm fully up to date with version 19.2.6.2.10. I've run Live Update several times and rebooted several times.

 

Any ideas?

Are you able to use Identity Safe with local data? Have you already set up the online vault?

Yes, I can use the local Identity Safe, but not my online stuff which I've been using for months.

 

If I log into to the website directly to access my vault, everything is there and my vault is fine. I just can't get there through the Norton toolbar in Firefox (or Explorer).

Try going to Settings-Web-Identity Safe and click on Configure[+] beside Move Data Online. See if you can log into your Norton Account from the link near the bottom right. If you can, see if you can now access the Identity Safe from Online.
